We have a few policies and procedures that are designed to protect both the customer and ourselves.  We will require an active account with our website with accurate address and phone number.  We will be calling after your initial order with us to verify your ID and information.  If we can NOT do this, the order will not be processed.  If we are unable to complete the verification process within 3 days of your purchase, the funds will be returned to you and the order cancelled.

You must be over the age of 18 to purchase from us, or have your parent or legal guardian purchase for you.  This requirement is to make sure that an adult made and authorized the purchase.  No purchase made by a minor will be accepted.  It would instead be refunded immediately and cancelled.  We also require that all new customers have a verified and confirmed PayPal to use that service with us. 

Please note that if you do not provide all the information necessary to complete a transaction, we are not responsible for the delays this causes.  For currency deliveries, we require being able to reach you via IMs, emails or phone to arrange place, time and get any information that was not given in the initial purchase.  There are fields in each purchase that will require this information.  Please make sure that character names are spelled EXACTLY and that you verify the server before the purchase.  If you are not available immediately for delivery, then you will need to IM us just before you log in the next time after your purchase so that we can meet you in game.  Deliveries generally done within 5 minutes of your purchase. 

We accept several types of payments.  We can accept payment via PayPal, Google Checkout, Western Union wire transfer or money order.  Please be aware that if you pay via e-check, money order or Western Union we will be required to wait until the funds are received before we can complete the order process.

Please remember that powerleveling and currency or item sales are against the EULA of the MMO for which you are purchasing the service.  Do not talk about this service in game.  Do not mention the name of the company in game.  This is for your protection as well as ours.  You CAN be banned for using these services!  We are not responsible for account banning.  We do everything we can to hold the risks to a minimum, but in the end we can not guarantee that your account will not be banned.  If your account does end up banned, you can try to recover the account.  We will try to help in the process if possible.  Again, however, we do not guarantee the return of a banned account.
