We have a few policies and procedures that are designed to protect both the customer and ourselves. We will require an active account with our website with accurate address and phone number. We will be calling after your initial order with us to verify your ID and information. If we can NOT do this, the order will not be processed. If we are unable to complete the verification process within 3 days of your purchase, the funds will be returned to you and the order cancelled.
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase from us, or have your parent or legal guardian purchase for you. This requirement is to make sure that an adult made and authorized the purchase. No purchase made by a minor will be accepted. It would instead be refunded immediately and cancelled.

Information such as e-mail, name, address, telephone number etc. will never be given to any 3rd party. All information obtained from our customers will be used only for the purpose of filling orders placed on our website, obtaining payment for said services or other site uses (such as the mailing of a newsletter). The only exception to this would be if required to share this information by state or federal law.
